Meet Dr Qin – Doctor of Microbiology and CEO of Hunan Sunshine Biotech

Dr. Qin has been engaged in researching plant extracts since university.
Hunan Sunshine Bio-Tech Co. was established in 2014. when he started to export raw materials to global businesses and took the sponge spicules as the core product.
The extraction technology has been continuously innovated through years of effort and continuous research & development.
In 2020, Hunan Sunshine Bio-Tech Co. Reached 99% Purity of their spicules, which is the highest level standard in the world.

In 2021, through a series of perfect global and domestic certifications and testing. Dr Quin and his team designed the world’s first-ever Professional Bio microneedling treatment in the form of professional beauty sets under the name “SQT” which uses sponge spicules as the key ingredient, and 100% natural active ingredients to solve different skin problems including acne, pigment, lines and wrinkles plus much more.

Dr Qin appointed Ashley Wady as Director of SQT UK & NI in 2022.

Meet The Team – Ashley Wady, Director UK & NI

Ashley Wady is a well-respected and sought-after skin specialist with over 12 years of clinical experience and 16 years of education and business development experience. After finishing her beauty qualifications, Ashley went on to university where she completed her teaching qualifications. She then went on to work with leading companies such as GSK, L’Oreal and Aestheticare where she worked as Business Development Manager and Trainer, responsible for over £7m turnover.

In between Ashley’s career, she further progressed her skills by going to London Medical School and completing her education with the Center for Medical Research and Science. Here she gained her clinical qualifications in all things skin & aesthetics, working placements at GP surgeries across London. Having both clinical and hands-on experience, when Ashley was made redundant in lockdown 2020, she decided to bring all of her knowledge and expertise together to create her own line of skincare – BOSSFACE COSMECEUTICALS

With extensive knowledge of ingredients and formulations, Ashley started working closely with Hunan Sunshine Biotech to explore spicules, she was soon appointed Director of the brand new SQT Bio Microneedling Treatment which was due to launch in the UK.

Having taken the brand from strength to strength over the past 16 months SQT Bio Microneedling is now available in over 150 clinics nationwide.

Ashley has recently gone back to university to study cosmetic science, further enhancing her knowledge and expertise in the field.

Ashley is responsible for the SQT UK & NI Team and is the Lead Master and International Trainer for SQT Bio microneedling

Meet The Team – Erinn Cracknell

With an impressive 22 years within the beauty, spa, and aesthetics industry, Erinn has expertly navigated various spa development projects, pre-opening ventures, and the seamless management of diverse spa and aesthetics establishments. Erinn’s journey commenced as the Director of Spa for Le Meridien Abu Dhabi. From there, she embarked on a remarkable path, joining The Langham Hospitality Group as their Director of Spa for London and Europe. During this time, Erinn played a pivotal role as the project manager, overseeing the pre-opening phases of their luxurious hotel spas in prestigious locations like Boston, New York, and Hong Kong.

Transitioning into the role of a Spa Consultant, Erinn extended her expertise to Aesthetic Clinics across London, skillfully crafting business and marketing strategies that elevated their operations. Erinn is passionate about delivering excellent customer and operational service and has a keen interest in skin.

Having worked with Ashley previously, Erinn wanted to join the SQT team knowing that SQT Bio Microneedling would be a revolutionary treatment that was going to have a real positive impact on the world of Aesthetics.

Erinn is responsible for the SQT UK training schedule, accounts, and website management

Emma Willock – SQT UK & NI Ambassador

Emma is our first appointed Ambassador for SQT UK & NI. Emma has been in the beauty industry for over 14 years finding her niche in skincare & treatments to target skin concerns. Emma says “SQT is the first treatment to have blown me away, the results we are getting day to day in the clinic are life-changing, clients are returning again and again as the results are so much faster than anything else we have ever offered”

Emma is now averaging 4 SQT treatments per day in her clinic & the treatment has now fully taken over traditional microneedling for her clinic in Paisley, Scotland.

Emma brings a new passion to SQT UK and is proof that with hard work, and launching a treatment correctly in clinic, it can be game-changing for both clinics and customers alike.
