Payment Methods

We accept the following forms of payment: PayPal, Klarna, Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, and Google Pay (GPay).  For detailed information on these payment methods, please refer to the relevant provider’s website.

Refunds and Exchanges

All SQT UK Treatment sets and single vials are non-refundable.  You may exchange unopened treatment sets within 14 days of purchase. Exchanges are not applicable for single-vial purchases.  Stockists must return the product before a replacement is issued.

Delivery

All orders are shipped via UK standard delivery.  Orders placed after 2pm GMT or on a Saturday/Sunday will be dispatched on the next working day.
