SQT Anti Ageing Ingredients

Spongilla Spicules

SQT 99% pure spicules physically penetrate the top layers of the skin, carrying the active ingredients into the epidermis and dermis to target the source of concern. The spongy bone is used to stimulate the skin slightly, stimulate the division of basal mother cells, create millions of pores, and assist the introduction and absorption of active ingredients.

√ Penetrates the muscle base, starts subcutaneous microcirculation, and promotes metabolism.

Carnosine

Helps to reduce the appearance of wrinkles and improves skin tone and texture. Having Carnosine in your skincare can combat signs of aging by preventing cross-linking of collagen and other proteins which can cause a loss of elasticity.

Fibronectin

A humectant- an agent that draws and makes pools of water available for the skin.  Also moisturising the skin. Stimulates collagen regeneration, Enhances elastic fibers, Cleans skin free radicals, Promotes metabolism, and Accelerates skin repair.

Palmitoyl tripeptide-1

A synthetic fatty acid-linked peptide that can help repair visible skin damage and strengthen skin’s underlying supportive elements.

Palmitoyl tetrapeptide-7

A synthetic peptide made of four amino acids: glycine, glutamine, proline, and arginine sequence. These amino acids provide anti-aging effects by stimulating cell production and boosting the renewal process, working on the molecular levels in the skin layers.

Beta Glucan

Similar to hyaluronic acid, beta-glucans provide skin with deep hydration. They lock hydration in and prevent moisture loss which results in smoother and more supple skin. It can effectively increase epidermal growth factor (EGF) in aging skin and wrinkled skin, which will promote the increase of collagen and elastin in the skin, thereby improving skin appearance and eliminating wrinkles.

  • Anti-wrinkle and firming, activate immune active cells. Increases epidermal growth factors, promotes the increase of collagen and elastin in the skin, smoothes fine lines and enhances elasticity.
  • Repair damaged skin, has a significant anti-inflammatory effect on skin wounds, can improve the recovery function of damaged skin, and accelerate the healing of damaged skin.
  • Anti-allergic and anti-inflammatory, β-glucan can promote the proliferation of Langerhans cells to enhance the skin’s immunity, has significant anti-inflammatory and anti-allergic activities, and can help the skin resist various exogenous mechanical and chemical stimulations.
  • Water-locking and moisturizing, β-glucan is a natural polysaccharide, which can form a transparent, elastic and breathable film on the skin, lock in water, prevent water loss, and has high moisturizing properties, thus making the skin silky and hydrated.

Hydrolyzed Sodium Hyaluronate

Can reduce wrinkles and improve skin elasticity. In the epidermis, it is able to stimulate the production of HA the normal high molecular weight that is naturally found in the skin.

Polyglutamic Acid

Not as well-known as Hyaluronic Acid, however, Polyglutamic Acid, commonly abbreviated as “PGA,” is believed to have 4x greater moisture-retaining benefits than HA. If you have dull, dry, or dehydrated skin, this is the ingredient for you
